Brief: Convert roof space over an existing garage to form a new Bedroom with En-suite Bathroom Facilities.

Solution: The Owners provided their own sketch design drawings which DWR Architecture to developed to final construction design details and specifications, including obtaining Full Planning and Building Warrant Approvals.
